Terms & Condition
Cancellation
All cancellation must be made in writing.
Cancellation By Client
If an order is cancelled more than six months prior to delivery or collection, your deposit will be fully refunded. If an order is cancelled less than six months but more than one month of delivery or collection, you will be refunded 25% of your deposit. If an order is cancelled one month or less prior to collection or delivery, we regret we are unable to return your deposit. If an order is cancelled one week or less prior to collection or delivery, the full cost of your order will be retained.
Cancellation By Wild Ginger Lily
If we need to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever, a full refund will be made.
Booking, Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit will be required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable no less than 21 days before the agreed collection or delivery date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order and your deposit being forfeited.
Collection or Delivery
You can either collect your order or I can arrange delivery. There will be an additional charge for all deliveries outside of the M25. Please note for collection purposes, Wild Ginger Lily cannot be held responsible for any damages to your cake once it has been collected.
